# HealthOps Automation

> AI automation for healthcare operations, from the first patient call to the back office.

HealthOps Automation is a done-for-you AI automation agency for healthcare practices in the United States and Canada. We answer patient calls 24/7, fix booking errors, bring back patients who drop off, chase insurer approvals and automate back-office admin, working alongside the software clinics already use. We do not do clinical charting, AI scribes or clinical decision-making.

Who we serve: independent chiropractic clinics (especially multi-doctor and personal-injury practices), physiotherapy and multidisciplinary rehab clinics (especially in Canada), dental practices, and specialty groups (dermatology, orthopaedics, women's health).

Privacy: in the US we sign a Business Associate Agreement and every vendor touching patient data is under a BAA; patient data stays in US-hosted systems. In Canada we follow PIPEDA, provincial privacy laws and CASL.
