Done-for-you AI reception for practices in the Middle East
We set up and run missed-call and after-hours AI reception for clinics and practices in the Middle East, with Arabic and English answering tested before launch. We follow your booking and handoff rules, so clinical questions stay with your staff. We confirm the rules that apply in your country during the audit and only go live with a setup that meets them.

How does it work in this region?
We start with a free missed-call audit, write your approved scripts and test answering, booking and staff handoffs. We connect to your existing systems where possible; otherwise, we send structured booking requests for your team to confirm. We set it up, we run it and we fix it, with no new system for your team to manage.
What privacy and local rules apply?
Health data rules vary by country, and some require patient data to stay in-country. We confirm what applies to your practice during the audit and only go live with a setup that meets it.
Before launch, we agree data handling, access, retention, vendor arrangements and escalation procedures in writing with your practice. We do not assume that one country’s rules apply throughout the region.
Which languages can callers use?
We can set up answering in Arabic and English, and test both with you before launch.
How do you handle time zones?
We set opening hours, appointment times, weekends and on-call routing to your practice’s local time zone and working week. Each location can have its own schedule, including holiday and seasonal opening hours you approve.
Who runs the service after launch?
We set it up, we run it, we fix it. Omair Iqbal is your named contact, and the service is month-to-month after setup.
- Daily log checks at first, then every 2–3 days once things are running smoothly.
- Fixes and change requests within one business day.
- Weekly reviews for the first 4 weeks after launch, then monthly.
