Done-for-you AI reception for practices in the United States

We set up and run missed-call and after-hours AI reception for practices across all US states, so patients can reach your practice when your team is busy or off duty. We answer calls, follow your booking rules and send consent-based confirmations, with a BAA signed before go-live. We run it and fix it; your team stays in control of clinical questions and booking decisions.

How does it work in this region?

We start with a free missed-call audit, then write your scripts, agree handoffs and test call forwarding and booking. We work alongside common practice software and your team’s US insurer workflows, without claiming insurer partnerships or direct integrations. Where software cannot accept a booking safely, we send a request for your staff to confirm.

What privacy and local rules apply?

For US practices, we sign a BAA before go-live and use vendors that offer BAAs. We follow the HIPAA Security Rule, agree access controls and retention, and document how patient information is handled before live calls begin.

We configure TCPA-compliant texting around your approved consent and opt-out process. Your practice reviews the calling and messaging rules with its compliance advisor; we do not treat a booking request as blanket marketing consent.

Which languages can callers use?

We confirm the languages your patients use during the audit, then test scripts and human handoffs with you before launch. We only launch the languages and workflows you approve.

How do you handle time zones?

We set your opening hours, appointment availability and on-call routing in each location’s local time zone, including daylight-saving changes. After-hours coverage follows those hours rather than our office hours.

Who runs the service after launch?

We set it up, we run it, we fix it. Omair Iqbal is your named contact, and the service is month-to-month after setup.

  • Daily log checks at first, then every 2–3 days once things are running smoothly.
  • Fixes and change requests within one business day.
  • Weekly reviews for the first 4 weeks after launch, then monthly.

Questions from practices in United States

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes. For US practices, we sign a BAA before go-live and use vendors that offer BAAs. We agree what patient information the service handles before answering live calls.

Is your AI receptionist HIPAA compliant?

We sign BAAs and follow the HIPAA Security Rule, with access, retention and incident-handling arrangements agreed before go-live. Compliance depends on the whole setup and how it is used; no service is “HIPAA certified”. Your compliance advisor can review the proposed workflow and agreements.

Which states do you work in?

We work with practices in all US states. During the audit, we confirm your local calling hours, consent requirements and escalation arrangements before we launch.
